Can I use the franqbox Business App with iOS/ Android?

Yes. The franqbox Business App works for both iOS and Android.

How do I download the franqbox Business App?

To download the franqbox Business App for iOS devices, visit the App Store on your iOS device. To download the franqbox Business App for Android, visit Google Play on your Android device.

Is there a franqbox app?

Yes, we have an app for our business users. The franqbox Business App works for both iOS and Android and gives you access to your Business Account. It lets you receive instant customer feedback alerts, view analytics and individual feedback responses from your mobile device. Your customers do not need an app to give feedback.

How may Boxes can I add to my Business Account?

You can add as many Boxes as you like. To keep your feedback organized, we’ve included free unlimited Boxed with all subscription plans.

How do I add Boxes to my Business Account?

- On your Business Account, click Boxes. - On the top right click Add. This will open a popup window where you can fill the information relating to Box you want to add. Once you filled in the needed information, click Save.

What is a Box?

Think of it as an organizational unit. It helps you sort your received feedback by places, products, or services. Let’s say you own a chain of bookstores – one in Berlin and one in Hamburg. Both bookstores also have a small café on-site and you want to collect feedback about it, as well as about your book selection. To avoid confusing QR-Pages for the two locations, you can create a Berlin Box and a Hamburg Box and then add a ‘Café’ QR-Page and a ‘Books’ QR-Page to each Box. To keep your feedback organized, we’ve made sure you can add as many Boxes as you like.

How do I change the language of my Business Account?

On your Business Account, click Settings > Preferences. In dropdown menu next to Language, choose your preferred language.
