Is there a limit to how many feedback responses I can collect?

No, all of our subscription plans let you collect as many feedback responses as you like.

What is a feedback response?

This is the individual customer responses you collect for each unique QR-Page.

Can I encourage satisfied customers to write a public online review?

franqbox is not a reviews portal, but you do have an option of adding a link to your business’ TripAdvisor or Google reviews webpage to your QR-Page. This link will be visible to your customers after they have given their feedback and clicked Submit Feedback. Clicking the link will direct them to your business’ TripAdvisor or Google reviews webpage.

How do I encourage my customers to give feedback right away?

franqbox is designed for quick and easy use and it takes first-time users as little as 50 seconds to give feedback. To encourage your customers to give feedback you can digitally display or print our QR-posters. Make sure to place it somewhere your customers can see it and scan the QR-Code. You can also add QR-Codes to labels, packages, and receipts.

Do I have to explain to each customer how franqbox works?

No, we’ve made franqbox very easy to use. We provide useful tips on the QR-Page when your customer gives feedback for the first time. We’ve also created complementary QR-Posters that you can print or display digitally to let your customers know how they can give feedback.

Can I still collect customer feedback if I cancel my Business Account subscription?

If you cancel your subscriptions during your subscription period, you will continue to enjoy full access to franqbox services until the end of your subscription period. Once you reach the end of your subscription period your access to your Business Account will be blocked. If you want to continue using franqbox, you will have 6 months to unblock your Business Account, starting from the day it was blocked. During those 6 months your QR-Pages will still be accessible to your customers and they will be able to give feedback. If you haven’t unblocked your Business Account in the stated period, all the data and QR-Pages linked to your Business Account will be permanently deleted from our servers. You will no longer be able to reactivate your Business Account.

Can my customers give feedback if their mobile device doesn’t read QR-codes?

Yes. Your customers can access your QR-Page by typing in your unique Feedback Code on qr.franqbox.com. They do not need to download any apps or register for an account.

Do my customers have to create an account or download an app to give feedback?

No. All you customers need is their mobile device or computer with an active internet connection. They can easily access your QR-Page by scanning a QR-Code with their mobile device, or typing in your unique Feedback Code on qr.franqbox.com.

My customers can’t see the QR-Page I created. What can I do?

Make sure that: - You assigned the QR-Page to a Box. - The QR-Page is set to Active. - Your customers have the correct QR-Code or Feedback Code assigned to the QR-Page. If the problem continues, please contact our Support Team. Annual Plan subscribers can get in touch with us using a specially dedicated Priority Support phone telephone number or email. We are here for you Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (CET).

How can my customers give feedback?

Using your business’s QR-Page, your customers can give feedback as a short text, photo, or emoji. Your customers can access your QR-Page by scanning a QR-Code with their mobile device, or typing in your unique Feedback Code on qr.franqbox.com. They do not need to download any apps or register for an account. The QR-Page is very simple and easy to use, so that your customers can give feedback quickly. It contains: - Your business name and details. If you have multiple QR-Pages, each one will have the name and details of the unique place, product, or service you are collecting feedback for. - A blank field where customers can write a short text and/or add an image. - Five emojis your customers can choose from when answering How do you feel now? - If you added your team members to your QR-Page, a slider titled Team feedback? will appear on the QR-Page. When your customers switch it on, photos and first names of team members will appear. They can click on the team member they would like to give feedback about and give the feedback. None of the fields are mandatory, so that your customers can choose to give the feedback that is important to them at the moment, without wasting time on unnecessary questions. Once your customer gives their feedback, they press “Submit Feedback” and will have the option to add their contact details if they like. Their feedback will instantly become available on your Business Account and private Analytics Dashboard – it will never be publicly shared or available anywhere else. If you would like to view what your QR-Page looks like to your customers: - On your Business Account, click QR-Pages. - Next to the QR-Page you would like to view, click the View QR-Page icon on the right.

How do I know if I received customer feedback?

All customer feedback will instantly become available on your Business Account. You can enable customer feedback notifications so that you are instantly alerted when customers give feedback. If you would like to receive notifications on your mobile device, we suggest that you download the franqbox Business App.

When can I start collecting customer feedback?

Once you have activated your Business Account and created a Box and a QR-Page you can start collecting feedback immediately.
