Do I need to download an app to use franqbox?

Your customers do not need an app to give feedback. For your business, we’ve created a Business App for iOS and Android. You can use it to access your Business Account and get instant feedback notifications on your mobile device. You do not need to download the app if you don’t want to – you can use franqbox from your internet browser.

Which browsers and Operating Systems are supported by franqbox?

franqbox works on all Operating Systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux) and most browsers, including Firefox, Chrome, Safari and Microsoft Edge. If you prefer to use franqbox from your mobile device, we have an app for our business users. The franqbox Business App works for both iOS and Android and gives you access to your Business Account. It lets you receive instant feedback alerts, view analytics and individual feedback responses from your mobile device.

What are the system requirements for using franqbox?
