Can anyone access my QR-Pages?

Your customers can access your QR-Page by scanning a QR-Code with their mobile device, or typing your unique Feedback Code on qr.franqbox.com. Anyone who has your QR-Code or Feedback Code can access your QR-Page to give feedback. They will not be able to edit the QR-Page details or see feedback given by other customers.

Is customer feedback displayed on my QR-Pages?

No, never. Your customers use your QR-Page to submit their feedback directly to your business. Once your customer has given their feedback on your QR-Page they press “Submit Feedback”. They will then have the option to add their contact details if they like. Their feedback will instantly become available on your Business Account and private analytics Dashboard – it will never be publicly shared or available anywhere else.

Is customer feedback publicly available online?

No, franqbox never publishes anything publicly. Your customers use your QR-Page to submit their feedback directly to your business. Their feedback will instantly become available on your Business Account and private analytics Dashboard – it will never be publicly shared or available anywhere else.

Is customer feedback anonymous?

Your customer can choose to stay anonymous when giving feedback. They also have the option of adding their full name, email address and/or phone number when they submit their feedback.
