What does it mean when a team member is marked as “active” on a QR-Page?

This team member will appear on the QR-Page and your customers will be able to give feedback about them. This is a useful feature if you have multiple team members who work at different times of the year, on different days or at different hours. You can add all of them to your QR-Page but only mark the relevant team members as “active” at the times they are working. This makes it easier for your customers to find the relevant team member in the list when giving their feedback.

How many team members can I add to a QR-Page?

Annual Plan: you can add up to 50 team members per QR-Page Monthly Plan: you can add up to 20 team members per QR-Page.

How do I add team members?

- On your Business Account, click Team. - On the top right, click Add. - Fill the required information and click Save.

How do I add a TripAdvisor or Google reviews link to my QR-Page?

- On your Business Account, click QR-Pages. - Now click on the QR-Page that you would like to view or edit. This will open the QR-Page details in a popup window. - New to the field markers Google review/ TripAdvisor review add your Google review/ TripAdvisor review webpage link. Click Save.

What happens with my QR-Pages when I delete my Business Account?

Your QR-Pages will no longer be accessible to you or your customers. All feedback data and analytics related to it will be permanently deleted from our servers. Your customers will not be able to see the QR-Page when they scan your QR-Code or type in your unique Feedback Code on qr.franqbox.com. The following message will be displayed: “We are sorry, you can’t give feedback at this time. This business is no longer using franqbox”

Why can’t I add QR-Pages to Business Account?

You must have reached the maximum number of QR-Pages included in your subscription plan. If you want to purchase additional QR-Pages, please contact our Support Team. Annual Plan subscribers can get in touch with us using a specially dedicated Priority Support phone telephone number or email. We are here for you Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (CET).

How do I activate / deactivate my QR-Page?

- On your Business Account, click QR-Pages. - Next to the QR-Page you would like to activate/ deactivate, click on the slider in the column marked Active. When a QR-Page is active the slider is positioned to the right and is colored blue. When a QR-Page is deactivated the slider is positioned to the left and colored gray. Please note: deactivating your QR-Page does not cancel your QR-Page subscription or delete your QR-Page.

What happens when I activate / deactivate a QR-Page?

When a QR-Page is marked as “Active” your customers can access it by scanning a QR-Code with their mobile device, or typing in your unique Feedback Code on qr.franqbox.com. When your QR-Page is not marked as “Active” your customers will not be able to see the QR-Page when they scan your QR-Code or type in your unique Feedback Code on qr.franqbox.com. The following message will be displayed: “We are sorry, you can’t give feedback at this time. This QR-Page is not active.” Please note: deactivating your QR-Page does not cancel your QR-Page subscription or delete your QR-Page.

I don’t want my customers to see my QR-Page. How do I hide it?

- On your Business Account, click QR-Pages. - Next to the QR-Page you would like to activate/ deactivate, click on the slider in the column marked Active. What happens when a QR-Page is deleted?

If your customers try to access the QR-Page using the QR-Code or Feedback Code related to it, they will see the following message: “We are sorry, you can’t give feedback at this time. This QR-Page is not active.”

How do I delete a QR-Page?

- On your Business Account, click QR-Pages. - Next to the QR-Page you would like to delete, click the Trash Bin icon on the right. - Now click on the QR-Page that you would like to view or edit. This will open the QR-Page details in a popup window. - In the confirmation popup window click OK. Please note that all franqbox fees and charges are non-refundable. If you delete your QR-Page all data and feedback will automatically be deleted from our servers and no longer be accessible. If you would like to keep the feedback related to the QR-Page, make sure to export it before deleting it.

Can I delete QR-Pages?

Of course. If you delete a QR-Page you will no longer be able to access the QR-Page or the feedback data and analytics related to it. All the data will be permanently deleted from our servers. Please note that all franqbox fees and charges are non-refundable.

How do I view/ edit my QR-Pages?

- On your Business Account, click QR-Pages. - Now click on the QR-Page that you would like to view or edit. This will open the QR-Page details in a popup window. - If you edit information and would like to keep the changes, click Save. If you don’t want to cheep the changes, click Discard.

How do I create a QR-Page?

- On your Business Account, click QR-Pages - On the top right click Add. This will open a popup window where you can fill the information relating to your QR-Page. Once you filled in the needed information, click Save. For the QR-Page to be accessible to your customers, you will need to: - Add a QR-Page name. For example, this can be the name of your business branch, a specific product or service, a location. - Assign the QR-Page to a Box. - Make sure the QR-Page is set to Active.

How many QR-Pages can I add to my Business Account?

However many you like – there is no limit. All subscription plans include one QR-Page free of charge for the duration of your subscription. If you wish to add additional QR-Pages to your account, the price will vary depending on your subscription plan.

What is a QR-Page?

QR-Page stands for Quick Response Page. This is a webpage through which your customers give their private feedback directly to your business. You can create QR-Pages for each unique place, product, or service that requires feedback and sort your customer feedback using Boxes. Your customers can access your QR-Page by scanning a QR-Code with their mobile device, or typing your unique Feedback Code on qr.franqbox.com. They do not need to download any apps or register for an account. The QR-Page is very simple and easy to use, so that your customers can give feedback quickly. It contains: - Your business name and details. If you have multiple QR-Pages, each one will have the name and details of the unique place, product, or service you are collecting feedback for. - A blank field where customers can write a short text and/or add an image. - Five emojis your customers can choose from when answering “How do you feel now?” None of the fields are mandatory, so that your customers can choose to give the feedback that is important to them at the moment. Once your customer gives their feedback, they press “Submit Feedback” and will have the option to add their contact details if they like. Their feedback will instantly become available on your Business Account and private analytics Dashboard – it will never be publicly shared or available anywhere else.
