When you sign up for your franqbox Business Account, we'll automatically send you an email address confirmation link to the email address associated with your Business Account. This is your user account that you create when you sign up with franqbox. Because all customer feedback is private, you will only have access to it through your Business Account. Your Business Account lets you view customer feedback and analytics in real time. If your customers choose to leave their contact details when giving feedback, this information will also be accessible here.
