I did not receive an email address confirmation. What should I do?

Please make sure to check your spam folder. If you can’t find the email we sent: - On your Business Account, next to the prompt “Please verify your email to complete your account setup”, click Resend Link. We will send an email verification link to the email address associated with your Business Account. Please make sure to check your junk folder. If you still don’t receive an email from us, please get in touch with our Support Team. Annual Plan subscribers can get in touch with us using a specially dedicated Priority Support phone telephone number or email. We are here for you Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (CET).

How do I activate my Business Account?

When you sign up for your franqbox Business Account, we'll automatically send you an email address confirmation link to the email address associated with your Business Account. To activate your Business Account, you'll need to confirm your email address. If you don’t confirm it within 7 days of signing up, your Business Account will be blocked.

How do I confirm my email address?

To confirm your email address: - Check your inbox for the email address associated with your franqbox Business Account. - Look for a message with the subject line "Important: Please confirm your email". - In the email click Confirm email. Your email has been verified and your Business Account is now active. Welcome to franqbox! If you don’t receive the email address confirmation email, don’t forget to check your spam folder, and make sure that you entered the correct email address. If you're still having trouble confirming your email, please contact our Support Team. Your email should include: - Your business name. - Your Business Account number. - The email address associated with your franqbox Business Account. How do I sign up for a Business Account?

- On the franqbox website, go to the main page, or pricing page. - Click Get Started. - At the bottom of the login fields click Create account. - Fill in the signup form with the requested information. You will need to agree to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy by making sure the box next to “I agree to franqbox Terms of Use and Privacy Policy” is ticked. - When you have filled in the form, click Create account. A pop-up window will confirm that you have successfully created your Business Account. Click OK to continue. - You can now select your preferred subscription plan on the left by clicking on it. - Use the subscription plan drop down menu to select the number of QR-Pages you would like to add to your subscription. One QR-Page is already selected by default and is included in the price or your subscription. - Your order summary will appear on your right. Once you have selected the subscription plan you need, click Checkout at the bottom of the order summary. - A pop-up window will come up, where you can double check your order. If you have a discount coupon you can also add it at this point. - At the bottom of the window click Proceed to checkout. - You will now need to fill in your billing address and VAT number and click Next. - Add your payment details and click Next. - You can now add any final changes your chosen subscription plan and the details you provided. If all the details are correct click Pay €_ & subscribe. - You will be notified if your payment method is not accepted. You can change the payment details by clicking edit next to it. - A pop-up window will confirm your purchase. Click Close to proceed to your Business Account. Your Business Account has been created. To activate it, you will need to confirm your email address. If you don’t confirm your email address within 7 days of signing up, your Business Account will be blocked.

What is a Business Account?

This is your user account that you create when you sign up with franqbox. Because all customer feedback is private, you will only have access to it through your Business Account. Your Business Account lets you view customer feedback and analytics in real time. If your customers choose to leave their contact details when giving feedback, this information will also be accessible here.
