What is franqbox?

franqbox is a cloud-based software that lets you collect, manage, and analyze customer feedback privately and in real-time. franqbox comes ready-to-use and doesn’t require any downloads or additional hardware purchases. All you and your customers need is a mobile device or computer with an active internet connection.

What are the system requirements for using franqbox?

You and your customers can use franqbox from any browser, any device, any time – all you need is an active internet connection. Your customers will not need to register or download any apps. For your business, we’ve created a Business App for iOS and Android. You can use it to access your Business Account and get instant feedback notifications on your mobile device.

Why do I need a Business Account?

This is your user account that you create when you sign up with franqbox. Because all customer feedback is private, you will only have access to it through your Business Account. Your Business Account lets you view customer feedback and analytics in real time. If your customers choose to leave their contact details when giving feedback, this information will also be accessible here.

How do I collect feedback?

Using your unique QR-Pages (Quick Response Pages). This is a webpage through which your customers give their feedback directly to your business. You can create QR-Pages for each unique place, product, or service that requires feedback and sort your customer feedback using Boxes. Our instant feedback alerts mean that you can react to your customers’ needs immediately.

How do my customers give feedback?

With a short text, photo, or emoji, through your QR-Page. The interface is so intuitive that it takes first time users as little as 50 seconds to give feedback. Your customers can access your QR-Page by scanning a QR-Code with their mobile device, or typing your unique Feedback Code on qr.franqbox.com. They do not need to download any apps or register for an account.

Is customer feedback private?

Absolutely. Your customers use your QR-Page to submit their feedback directly to your business. They have the option to add their contact details, or to stay anonymous. All customer feedback will become available to you in real-time through your Business Account – it will never be publicly shared or available anywhere else.Is customer feedback private? Absolutely. Do I have to explain to each customer how franqbox works?

No, we’ve made franqbox very easy to use. We provide useful tips on the QR-Page when your customer gives feedback for the first time. We’ve also created complementary feedback QR-Posters that you can print or display digitally to let your customers know how they can give feedback.

How do I use the QR-Code and Feedback Code?

To encourage your customers to give feedback you can add your QR-Codes and Feedback Codes to labels, packages, and receipts, or print our QR-posters to place on your business premises. Your customers access your QR-Page using your QR-Code or Feedback Code. A QR-Code is a unique barcode that your customers need to point their mobile device camera at. This scans the code and automatically opens your QR-Page. Alternatively, they can access your QR-Page by typing in your unique Feedback Code on qr.franqbox.com.

Why do I need a QR-Poster?

A QR-Poster can help encourage your customers to give feedback. A basic QR-Poster comes free with every QR-Page. It invites your customers to give feedback and explains how they can do it. It includes your unique Feedback Code and QR-Code for quick access to the QR-Page.You can print it in different sizes or display it digitally. We also offer complimentary custom QR-Posters design to our Annual Plan subscribers.

Can I collect feedback for multiple places, products, or services?

Absolutely. To keep your feedback organized, we’ve made sure you can add as many Boxes to your Business Account as you like. A Box is an organizational unit that helps you sort your received feedback by places, products, or services. Simple.

Can I collect feedback about individual team members?

Definitely. You can add team member names and photos to your QR-Pages so that your customers can easily find the person they want to give feedback about.

Can I get customer feedback notifications?

Of course. You can switch on email notification or download our free franqbox Business App to receive push notifications on your mobile device. Our app works for both iOS and Android and is available for download from the App Store and Google Play.

Can I contact a dissatisfied customer?

If your customers choose to add their name, email address and/or phone number when they submit their feedback, you can get in touch with them using their provided contact method. When they submit their contact details, they agree to our Privacy Policy and give permission to be contacted by your business. Your customers can also choose to remain anonymous when giving feedback. If they do so, you will not be able to contact them.

What do franqbox subscriptions include?

All of our subscription plans include one QR-Page and QR-Poster, capability to collect feedback about your team members, unlimited feedback responses and Boxes, real-time feedback notifications and analytics, as well as our franqbox Business App. You can also choose to purchase as many additional QR-Pages you need.

Do you offer alternative subscriptions or discounts?

We’re still growing and learning about your needs, so are happy to discuss your specific requirements. Do get in touch with us so that we can come up with the best solutions and pricing options tailored to you. At the moment, our Annual Plan subscription gives you a 33.33% discount and access to premium features.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Of course. If you cancel your Business Account subscriptions during your subscription period, you will continue to enjoy full access to franqbox services until the end of your subscription period. Please note that all franqbox fees and charges are non-refundable. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, all subscriptions must be canceled within the period indicated in your subscription plan.

I have a seasonal business and would like to use franqbox only at certain times of the year. Is that possible?

At the moment we don’t provide seasonal plans. However, we are always trying to find the best possible solution for each business. Do get in touch with us if you would like to discuss options that work for you or have suggestions on how we can improve.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards, including Mastercard and Visa, as well as PayPal.

Are my payment method details secured?

Yes, absolutely. We make sure that your payment information and billing data are and will always be secure. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

Are there any hidden fees that I should expect on top of my subscription fees?

No. All of our pricing is transparent and you will not be charged anything extra unless you decide to add additional features to your account. For a detailed overview of the subscription plans, their features and prices, please refer to our Pricing Table.

Do you provide invoices?

Yes. After each purchase, you will automatically be sent an electronic invoice to the email address linked to your Business Account. You can also access all of your invoices online from your Business Account Billing History. If you require a paper-based invoice, please get in touch with us so that we can send it to you by post.
